Free Shipping

All orders include free economy shipping — no minimum purchase required.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days for most orders, depending on location

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, location-related factors, or other circumstances outside our control.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, please coordinate directly with the carrier for re-delivery or pickup instructions.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Aervira™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Aervira™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Aervira™ is not responsible for missed deliveries or orders returned to sender due to recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to coordinate with the carrier.

Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Most economy shipments do not require a signature or delivery photo. Packages may be left in mailboxes, at front doors, near entrances, parcel lockers, reception areas, or with building management, depending on the carrier and delivery location.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it right away, please check the surrounding delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, front desk, or building management.

We also recommend contacting your local carrier or post office directly, as they have the most accurate and up-to-date delivery scan information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after the delivery scan, as carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.

Order Verification

For security, fraud-prevention, and delivery accuracy reasons, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.

In certain cases, we may contact customers by email or SMS to confirm their shipping address or order details before processing the order.

This process applies only to specific orders that are flagged by our system. Not all orders are subject to verification.

If verification is required, the order may be placed on hold and will not be shipped until confirmation is received. This helps prevent delivery errors, unauthorized shipments, and protects both the customer and Aervira™.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@aervira.com.

After this period, orders may already be processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
